Our kids get in and love it, but they’re small. We don’t let them use it alone, and, for them, the spa’s a short-term deal. My husband and I like to stay in longer. It’s beautiful. The steam comes up and keeps my face and head warm. We have a deep model, so our shoulders stay under the water. We use it all winter. "
